A Vision for Penfield
It can be easy to miss the forest for the trees, especially in a town that so loves its trees. And so, for all the time and effort that Preserve Penfield has spent pushing back on development projects that clash with our hopes for the town’s future (not to mention zoning laws, community needs, and the Comprehensive Plan), no clear picture has really been painted to share what those hopes actually look like.
Browncroft Blvd. to Receive DOT Rehab
A Preserve Penfield member brought to our attention an upcoming project by the New York State Department of Transportation to rehabilitate Browncroft Blvd. between Rt. 590 and Qualtrough/Clark Rds.
Willow Pond Application Withdrawn
On Thursday, March 27 an update was posted to the Town of Penfield’s project page for 47 Willow Pond Way indicating that the proposal has been “WITHDRAWN by the applicant”.
